Holistic Approaches to Living with Anxiety
Online Summer 2020
An online course I am developing for both individuals living with anxiety and helping professionals.
This course is designed to explore anxiety through a somatic-relational-social-ecological lense. The intention is to offer resources to live with anxiety from a holistic model.
I offer skills and perspectives that get less attention in the mainstream mental health system, such as:
understanding the body & movement practices
love & relational safety
Ayurvedic teachings and tools
The course will be a mix of short video lectures, practice videos and downloadable reosurces.
It will be hosted through Udemy.
